Templates

Let the prospect
write the brief.

8 structured discovery briefs, 238 questions in total, with AI suggestions built in. Share a link and the answers come back sectioned, typed, and ready to estimate.

Three systems, not one

Templates run at three different points in the job

Most of this page is about the first one, because that is where a prospect meets you. The other two shape what happens after they say yes.

Client facing
Brief templates

The structured discovery questions a prospect answers before you quote. Sectioned, typed, and required where it matters.

Shipped with the platform. Build your own, or edit any of them.

Delivery
Phase templates

The shape of the work once it is won: named phases, and the deliverable requirements that gate each one.

Agile, waterfall, and hybrid ship as standard. Custom phases on Enterprise.

Commercial
Proposal settings

The sections, order, terms and intro text every proposal carries.

Set once per workspace, applied to every proposal you send.

Brief templates

Every question, before you sign up

These are the templates as they ship. Open any one to read its real sections and questions, then edit it to sound like you.

Built-in AI

Clients write better briefs, with a nudge

On long answer fields, a Suggest button gives clients a prompt aware starting point: what to include, and what is usually forgotten. The brief you get back is structured, not a paragraph in an email.

  • Context aware: suggestions reflect the field and the project type
  • Per field toggle, so AI is on only where it helps
  • The client stays in control: it suggests, it never auto fills

Integrations & APIs

After they submit

A brief is only useful if it becomes a number

Submissions land in your inbound queue rather than your inbox. From there a brief becomes an estimate, the estimate becomes a proposal, and the proposal becomes a project, carrying the answers with it the whole way.
