Is pricing really flat-rate — no per-seat charges?
Yes. Every Coligna plan is priced per workspace, not per person. Add as many team members as your plan allows without paying extra per head. The headcount limit is a workspace-size bracket, not a billing variable.
What's included in the free Get Started plan?
One active project with up to 3 team members, a full client portal, brief capture, and proposal builder. It's a real working environment — not a time-limited trial. You can stay on it as long as you like and upgrade whenever you're ready.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade at any time and the new rate is prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Get Started is free forever and gives you a genuine feel for the platform. Paid-plan trials are on the roadmap.
